Physician as serial killer- the shipman case
Article Abstract:
An investigation on the number of deaths for which Harold Fredrick Shipman, a British general practitioner might was responsible during his career, from August 1970 to July 1998 is presented. The largest investigation conducted in United Kingdom concluded that he was responsible for unlawful killing of 218 cases, which makes him the most prolific killer in the history of the United Kingdom and probably the world.
