Claudification: stepping out of the poor circulation problem
Article Abstract:
Intermittent claudication produces cramps in legs during a walk. This is a sign of poor blood circulation and can pose serious health risks. Fatty deposits that contain cholesterol can build up in arteries and reduce blood flow. Walking regularly, despite the pain, is the best method of treatment because the activity generates the development of collateral vessels.
