Concurrence of drug users' self-report of current HIV status and serotest results
Article Abstract:
Many drug addicts who are HIV-positive may say they are not or may not be aware that they are. In a study of 7,256 drug addicts, 99% of those who were HIV-negative said they were HIV negative, but only half of those who were HIV-positive said they were HIV-positive. This shows that self-reports of HIV status may not be accurate.

Early virologic rebound in a pilot trial of ritonavir-boosted atazanavir as maintenance monotherapy
Article Abstract:
The feasibility of ritonavir-boosted atazanavir monotherapy in HIV-1-infected patients with stable antiretroviral therapy (ART) is examined. The results have shown that ritonavir-boosted atazanavir as maintenance monotherapy in HIV-1 infection might not be as potent as conventional ART.
