Continuing education: balancing team development in four directions
Article Abstract:
The need for developing leadership qualities among dentists and their practice staff, can be done through considering certain issues, such as understanding one's patients, one's work, the already acquired technical skills, etc. Certain other issues, which are also likely to influence leadership qualities are, development of soft skills of practice, discovering strengths, planning balanced team development, costs involved in acquiring leadership qualities, etc.

Forming an interdisciplinary team: a key element in practicing with confidence and efficiency
Article Abstract:
The interdisciplinary model, the effective and fulfilling method of specialty interaction, in which all the practitioners involved in the treatment and a treatment plan is created through the interaction of the clinicians is discussed. Few suggestions are provided to form the team with right people.
