Court sends suits against 2 health plans to arbitration

The court has send two health plans namely, PacifiCare Health Systems Inc. and UnitedHealth Group Inc. who are accused of violating the Racketeor Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act to be reviewed by an arbitrator. This decision of the court reinforces the Federal Arbitration Act.
