One of the most popular recipes, chili con carne, exists in a variety of forms influenced by other cultures. These dishes are low in calories and fat, but tasty and easy to prepare. Included recipes are black-eyed pea-and-chutney chili, Thai chili with shrimp, Mediterranean chili blanco, red chipotle chili with lamb, Caribbean black bean chili, and Mexican green chili.
