Creatine phosphokinase in ectopic pregnancy revisited: Significant diagnostic value of its MB and MM isoenzyme fractions
Article Abstract:
Forty women with ectopic pregnancy EP are studied considering that evidences on elevated creatine phosphokinase (CPK) as a tool for the diagnosis of EP were found conflictive. It is found that determination of CPK isoenzyme fractions can significantly enhance the diagnostic value of total maternal CPK in the prediction of ectopic pregnancy.

Clinical opinion: Guidelines for hysterectomy
Article Abstract:
Evidence-based practice guidelines developed by the Society of Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeons and adopted by the National Guidelines Clearinghouse are presented.
