Delirium in older persons
Article Abstract:
The existing clinical practice in delirium, which is an acute decline in attention and cognition, the areas of controversy and areas of future research are described. Local and national policies and system-wide changes are necessary to provide high-quality care for older persons and to reduce the incidence of delirium on a national scale.
