Diagnosis of systemic sarcoidosis prompted by orafacial manifestations
Article Abstract:
A case study of a patient diagnosed with systemic sarcoidosis based on a biopsy of the labial minor salivary gland is presented. The patient has also been diagnosed with xerostomia, dysgeusia, oral burning, xerophthalmia, and bilateral parotid enlargement.
