Easing the nursing research crisis

Various steps are being taken to involve the nursing workforce of hospitals in several researches, which will help them in combining their clinical and academic work in a positive way to influence the broader agenda of health research. The author points out various barriers including the pay systems, infrastructure and the differing cultures of the hospitals, which should be overcome in order to implement the plan effectively in a short span of time.
