Educational needs of nurses working in nursing homes
Article Abstract:
The study demonstrates that the nursing home nurses are facing a lot of difficulties in continuing their professional development, as they do not possess the required skills to provide an appropriate standard of care to the residents. The results show that the nurses should be given more educational training to develop various skills, so that can easily cater to the complex needs of the nursing home residents.
