Evaluating your office staff
Article Abstract:
A small number of staff members stay into a dental practice on a long-term basis. Dentists need to recognize the long-term core team and hence it is suggested that the most effective way to find such a team would be to undertake a formal evaluation every six months to test the team members' quantitative performance.
