FDA survey puts positive spin on direct-to-consumer ads
Article Abstract:
Preliminary findings from the survey conducted by the Food and Drug Administration of 250 generalists and 250 specialists on direct-to-consumer advertisements are presented. It revealed that 82% reported that seeing the advertisement did not cause problems in the patient-physician relationship.
