Article Abstract:
University of Tennessee Safety Center Dir and Professor Robert H.Kirk feels that there are limited safety and health programs being offered in universities and colleges primarily due to the lack of teachers. The Universityof Tennessee, for instance offers many good courses on safety and health but there is a limited capacity for students. Kirk also believes that changing people's behavior and philosophy on safety and occupational health should be prioritized over technological issues.

Article Abstract:
Women working in nontraditional job settings such as construction sites, railroad and manufacturing industries must take personal responsibility in wearing protective footwear that will suit their tastes as well provide adequate protection.
