Forgiveness and health: An act of healing
Article Abstract:
Studies reveal that learning to forgive and move on is a better choice for overall health, while holding a hatred results in long-term health problems and contribute to cardiovascular effects and nervous system effects. There are various methods to help toward forgiving a past wrong, which include acknowledging the pain, committing to forgiveness after recognizing that change is needed to heal, finding a new way to think about the person who hurts one, and finally beginning to realize the relief brought on by forgiveness.

Healing grief: Dealing with loss
Article Abstract:
Grief experienced on loss of a loved one is a unique and natural experience due to the unique relationship with the person and the people responses to it in different ways feeling angry, anxious, and pain in the heart. Grief needs to be overcome and activities involved in overcoming grief are mentioned like sharing one's story, writing the emotions and joining a support group however some situations like complicated grief, major depression and post-traumatic stress disorder might require professional help.

Pet loss and grief: coping with the pain
Article Abstract:
Pet owners can feel a tremendous loss when their pets die. Often, the owners are attached to their pets through a strong bond. People who lose their pets enter a grieving process that usually lasts several weeks, and is similar to the grieving process for other losses. Friends can help pet owners through the difficult times by remembering the pet and expressing empathy for the owner.
