Giving patients a choice of what to wear in hospital
Article Abstract:
The number of older people in hospital is increasing, in line with an ageing population. Special teams are established to review and enhance the provision of all aspects of care for older patients. A project is presented which explores how providing a choice of what to wear in hospital can influence the overall well-being of older patients.

A behavioral approach to weight loss
Article Abstract:
Obesity is a chronic complex disease requiring lifelong management and it needs to be recognized that patients need support not only for weight-loss phase of treatment, but also for long term weight maintenance. The relevance and application of behavior change skills in weight management is discussed.
