Implications of HIV and Hepatitis C Coinfection
Article Abstract:
Coinfection with HIV and hepatitis C virus (HCV) can present a range of problems for patients and care providers. Patients inficted with HIV disease face few treatment options if they are also being treated for HCV. However, there is much hope concerning the progress that has been made in the treatment of HIV, which should untimately help patients with both HIV and HCV infection.

Common Oral Manifestations Seen in Patients with HIV/AIDS
Article Abstract:
Patients with HIV commonly develop complications observable in the mouth. The best ways to assist patients in maintaining their quality of life are early recognition and intervention. Primary care providers, oncologists, dermatologists and dentists need to cooperate in diagnosing and treating these diseases.
