Article Abstract:
The court permitted the physicians scoring several victories in 2002 to review health maintenance organization (HMO) contracts without violating federal antitrust laws, to tell patients about the pros and cons of medical marijuana without fear of the Drug Enforcement Agency. The cases lined up to be heard in 2003 indicate victory for physicians and will clear the issues including violence at abortion clinic, and after effects of not breaking medical ethics.
