Article Abstract:
Jane Clayton, pediatric gastroenterology nurse specialist at Booth Hall Children's hospital in Manchester serves the young patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which happens to be a painful debilitating illness. Jane hopes to develop a transition programme to help give right advice to make informed decisions about their care, which will keep the disease process to the minimum and provide telephone helpline to parents when they need help.

Helping teenage mothers access antenatal care
Article Abstract:
The project pioneered by midwife, Janine Brook nurse, is reported that provides teenage mothers access to medical care and social support in their antenatal period. This also gives an insight into setting up of such services for young mothers, especially those in their teens, on similar lines of this project.

Helping people come to terms with MS
