Home treatment for women with stress urinary incontinence
Article Abstract:
Some of the methods that women can use to treat stress urinary incontinence (SUI) at home and the role of a recently licensed drug, duloxetine, in the treatment of this distressing condition are described. Pelvic floor muscle exercises, vaginal cones, pelvic floor educator, drug therapy are some of the ways to treat women with SUI.

Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia, which stretches from the heel to the middle bones of the foot, and injury usually occurs close to the heel bone. The risk factors, symptoms, treatments and few exercises to prevent plantar fasciitis are described.
