Home-based care allows people undergoing regular IV treatment, such as cancer chemotherapy or enzyme replacement, to stay out of hospital and keep their working or family life regular. Ms Bridget Harrison, a member of health care at home, is the head of nursing for the whole of UK maintaining a clinical role just one or two days a month.
