This article examines the role of primary care nurses in improving public health services, focusing on the successful use of group work to deal with patient groups that have traditionally had less access to care services. Topics include services for homeless, foreign, mentally ill, and elderly patient groups.

Call to address sexual health needs
Article Abstract:
Nursing leaders in the United Kingdom have called on nurses who work with vulnerable patients to do more addressing of sexual health needs. However, the leaders cautioned that staffs have to be protected by employers against fradulent abuse charges.
