Lured by the great outdoors
Article Abstract:
There is strong demand for overseas nurses in New Zealand, as this country lacks health professionals with appropriate experience. Many British nurses have been attracted towards working in New Zealand, especially if they favour a relaxed approach and an outdoor lifestyle. However, nurses considering working in New Zealand should be aware that there can be some disadvantages. They should expect to encounter a range of new experiences, and will have to learn new ways of working very quickly.
