Invest wisely in office ergonomics
Article Abstract:
Office ergonomics have assumed greater importance as managers realize that office workers face the same health and safety risks as production workers. In the wake of this development, ergonomic office equipment have become the norm among companies, with adjustability being the key factor behind the selection of such equipment. Other ways to improve office ergonomics include training employees on occupational safety and health and redesigning jobs to minimize risk to employees.
