How to beat the red and green blues
Article Abstract:
Experts believe depression becomes commonplace during the holiday season due to the 'red and green blues,' where people perceive a contrast between reality and their expectations. Depression may also be caused by personal-affective disorder, where the season's climate and lighting induces mood changes.
