The training techniques and objectives of six Olympic athletes are presented. The athletes and their sports are Dave Johnson, decathlon and track and field; Sheila Hudson, track and field and triple jump; Tom Gough, weightlifting; C.J. Hunter, shot put and track and field; Chris Duplanty, water polo; and Zeke Jones, wrestling.
