NRT prescribing rules relaxed
Article Abstract:
Nurses welcomed the UK government decision that allowed them to prescribe nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) to adolescents who are under eighteen years of age. The government decided to remove restriction labels from NRT packs after an expert group of the committee on safety of medicines recommended the change.
