Kids are pressurized to be star athletes at younger ages, which removes the fun of sports and experts suggests ways of making sports fun and safe. Research proves that positive sports experiences improves the kids self-esteem and parents should observe coaches who teach their wards, the enjoyment of sports rather than teaching them that winning is everything.
