Good buys and all that
Article Abstract:
The UK Royal College of Nursing offers free financial advice to nurses seeking a mortgage. Nurses should consider what type of loan is required for the property they hope to purchase, with the amount to be borrowed influenced by wages and payment method. Mortgages are usually calculated by multiplying the main income by 3.25 or combined incomes by 2.5, which should prevent borrowers from over stretching their finances.
