No grain, no pain
Article Abstract:
Coeliac sufferers need to see a dietician to assess their understanding of their condition, explain what they can eat and drink and give advice about how to manage the diet. Great care must be taken when eating out. Sufferers must check processed food carefully because cereals with gluten are sometimes added during the production process to bind or spice food. Reading the listed ingredients is not enough and it is best to use the food list which is produced annually by the Coeliac Society. Absolute compliance is essential. Prescriptions are available for gluten-free products.
