The Department of Health issued a statement claiming that the UK trains sufficient number of nurses to meet demands and need not depend on international recruitment to fill junior posts. As a result, international nurses working in UK are very concerned about their future. They do not believe that the NHS no longer needs the same level of nurses, but that the NHS can no longer afford to employ them

A world of opportunities for nurses

Several nurses who seek to spend some time working overseas have multiple options, as they are extremely marketable to employers in English speaking countries. The nursing profession makes it possible to gain valuable overseas experience that few other professions offer.
