Nysatin
Article Abstract:
Nysatin is an antifungal drug named after the New York State Institute of Health, where it was developed in the 1950s and it interferes with fungal DNA replication. Some of the common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, local irritation, local sensitisation and rash and the rare side-effects include Stevens-Johnsons syndrome while the drug can be administrated in the form of tablet, oral suspension, lozenge, vaginal cream, topical ointment, topical cream.

Topical fusidic acid
Article Abstract:
Fusidic acid is principally active against staphylococci, both Staphylococcus aureus and coagulate-negative species, which are highly susceptible. Some of their side-effects include mild irritation with dermatoses treated with fusidic acid, hypersensitivity reactions and deep leg ulcers associated with pain.
