Optimum number of sessions for depression and anxiety
Article Abstract:
Study is conducted which aims to examine the relationship between the number of psychological treatment sessions completed by patients and the change in self-rated depressive and anxiety symptoms using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Result shows that there is little difference between one to five sessions and more than eight sessions for depression while for anxiety, symptoms appear to continue to improve with increasing numbers of treatment sessions.

The positive effect of exercise as a therapy for clinical depression
Article Abstract:
Studies show that exercise has positive effect on physical health as well as beneficial for mental health. There is increasing evidence to suggest that exercise could be used as an alternative therapy to antidepressants and psychotherapy.

Benefits of salsa classes in treatment of depression
Article Abstract:
The effects of salsa lessons on the mood of people diagnosed with mild to moderate depression are assessed. Some of the participants taking antidepressants showed remarkable improvement by attending the salsa classes.
