Outcomes of vaginal reconstructive surgery with and without graft material
Article Abstract:
A study to evaluate the outcome of vaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse by comparing cases implementing graft augmentation and those without graft augmentation is presented. In the early postoperative period, there was no benefit in using graft for prolapse, but its use leads to a higher rate of postoperative complications.
