Article Abstract:
The effect of contracting out cleaning services to the private sectors on the infection control practice in hospitals is discussed. Nursing Times' Keep It Clean campaign is aiming to ensure that the nurses are having enough support to fight infection, have control over cleaning and have the power and ability to call on cleaning services 2 hours a day, seven days a week.
