A proper communication of patient information is extremely essential in hospitals, so that the nurses have the complete and relevant information about the patients to provide them with better care and nursing facilities. Many practices are being followed to improve the two important aspects of nursing, namely good communication and patient information (PI), which can lead to more satisfaction for the nurses.
