Patient protection puts nurses at risk
Article Abstract:
Nursing staff working in care homes are set to legally challenge a government system designed to protect vulnerable patients that has seen some of them being wrongly accused of mistreatment. The legal system will ban the staff that have harmed or pose a risk to patients from working in social care.
