Perceptions of desirable tooth color among parents, dentists and children

A study was conducted to assess children's, parents' and dentists' perceptions of dental esthetic conditions through a standardized scheme with 2495 children participating in the evaluation. Parents, dentists and patients appear to see the potential outcome of esthetic treatment differently and dentists should ensure that parents and children agree about the course of treatment taken subsequently

Redness of the face and getting easily irritated are known to be the early symptoms of the chronic inflammatory skin disease known as 'rosacea', which needs to be treated at the earliest stage, as about 14 million people in the United States suffer from this disease. Hence, guidelines are provided to diagnose and prevent this skin disease.
