Effect of treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcomes
Article Abstract:
A randomized clinical trial was conducted to determine whether treatment of women with gestational diabetes mellitus reduced the risk of perinatal complications. It is concluded that the treatment of gestational diabetes reduces serious perinatal morbidity and may also improve the woman's health-related quality of life.

Survival after treatment of rabies with induction of coma
Article Abstract:
A case study of a 15-year-old girl presented with clinical rabies one month after being bitten by a bat is reported. Treatment included induction of coma while a native immune response matured, where rabies vaccine was not administered and the patient was treated with ketamine, midazolam, ribavirin, and amantadine.
