Placental passage of clarithromycin surpasses other macrolide antibiotics
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on clarithromycin's placental transfer. The authors have investigated the hypothesis that clarithromycin surpasses other macrolide antibiotics' transfer rate, and the results have demonstrated that clarithromycin has enhanced placental passage, and that it may become a perfect candidate for genital mycoplasma treatment.

The authors have investigated the clinical use of karyotyping spontaneous abortion material. They have demonstrated that the pregnancy loss is caused by the chromosome abnormalities depending on the gestational age and maternal age at the time of the loss.
