Predict future success with structured interviews
Article Abstract:
An interview process that consists of both structured and unstructured elements must be created for hiring nurses in order to produce positive results in the long run. Structured elements that include life-experience questions that are indicative of positive future performance, and unstructured elements that offer a 'job shadow' to allow the prospective employee experience the workplace atmosphere are likely to produce desired results.
