RAS/RAF mutation and defective DNA mismatch repair in endometrial cancers
Article Abstract:
A mismatch repair of defective DNA is a comman genetic abnormality in both colon cancers and endometrial cancers is studied. The result indicates that there are many similarities between colon and endometrical cancers, the mechanism of the development of endometrical cancers appear to be different from colon cancers.
