Article Abstract:
Though teen workers are high on energy, have endurance and are eager to help, they tend to get hurt on the job at a higher rate than adults. The main reason behind these injuries is inadequate training provided to them. Suggestions are provided to employers over maintaining occupational safety and health for teen workers.
