Article Abstract:
A graduate nurse's competence is determined by the integration of the necessary knowledge, attitude, and skills. Hence mentoring builds teams, strengthens work ethic, revitalizes commitment but also provides the much-needed support for novice nurses and enriches the practice of experts.
