Recruiting and training senior nurses using a rotational model
Article Abstract:
New and innovative ways of recruiting and retaining staff are required in order to meet the changing needs of the clients and service provision. A community rotational model has created challenges in redefining traditionally accepted development pathways into senior clinical positions within the trust and the lessons learned from the evaluation will influence and inform future developments relating to this scheme.
