The effect of an organisational model on the standard of care
Article Abstract:
A survey was conducted to determine the models used by the nurses and their perceptions of these models in order to overcome the shortage of nursing staff in hospitals. Survey includes the use of four major models like task nursing, patient allocation, team nursing and primary nursing.

Nurses win 100m pounds sterling to fund ongoing training needs
Article Abstract:
The British National Health Service has set aside 100 million pounds sterling to fund continuing education for nurses. As nurses are switched to the new National Health Service pay system, the funds will be made available.
