Shock figures reveal exodus of bullied staff
Article Abstract:
The results of a Royal College of Nursing survey of bullying of nurses in the workplace are presented. The report shows that 1 in 6 nurses had been bullied by a colleague and that 10% of those planned to leave as a result.

Blowing the whistle on violence

Issues are presented concerning the 'red card' scheme which has been proposed by the Health Secretary Alan Milburn as a means of controlling patients who display abusive or violent behavior towards nurses.
