Silence the abuse
Article Abstract:
A definition is offered by legal bible Blackstone's Criminal Practice (2004), describing verbal abuse as, 'The use of inappropriate words or behavior causing distress and/or constituting harassment'. The problem of verbal abuse is revealed by a nursing times survey as the only survey in which nearly nine in ten of the 2,564 nurses responded to the survey.

Article Abstract:
Study suggests that around 40,000 nurses in the United States are working full-time in banks for earning extra money, and it is reported that the percentage has increased by 36 percent. An attempt is made to explore the reasons behind this fast-growing trend, its effect on the workforce and its implication.
