Bodybuilders may increase their muscle size by adopting a low-intensity, high-volume training regimen. The regimen allows various fibers to be exercised and induce growth. Muscle strength, on the other hand, can be developed by following a high-intensity and compound training program.

Standing exercises are better than seated exercises since the body distributes the training weights' pressure over the back, the hips and knees. Standing allows the backbone to conform to its natural contours.
