Article Abstract:
The use of a computer programme called Coursafe to improve health safety and environmental performance at Kodak Limited, is described. The programme has assisted Safety and Environment Manager John Channing in recruiting a team of safety officers involving employees. It was adapted to suit Kodak Liited's Manufacturing Division and it operates on a question and answer score basis. It was found that those areas with the best scores have less accidents.

Visual impairment
Article Abstract:
Terry Hopwood-Jackson and Matthew Coath are two visually impaired people who work. Hopwood-Jackson is an administrative assistant at the RNIB Centre in London, England. He uses a scanner and speech synthesiser to help him do his job. Coath is a synthetic chemist at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. He is a chemistry graduate. He sometimes needs binoculars to see.
